Port Health Authorities run a different shift to the rest of the service — and Officer Assist reflects that. The system handles consignment-level checks, sampling regimes and ship sanitation in a single operational view.

TRACES NT consignments, IUU catch certificate verification and POAO border checks share the same case spine, so cross-cutting risks surface immediately.

How it works

The port health workflow, end to end.

  1. 01

    Receive and triage

Consignments arrive from TRACES NT and are triaged against current sampling regimes and risk profiles before the lorry hits the gate.

  2. 02

    Inspect and sample

Documentary, identity and physical checks all log against the same consignment, with results returning from the lab into the same record.

  3. 03

    Certify the vessel

SSCC and SSCEC inspections, including Annex 3 deficiencies, generate the certificate from the inspection findings.
